About this policy
This policy covers MultiCam Studio for iPhone and iPad and its companion website. MultiCam Studio is a camera and local video-production app. It does not require an app account and does not include advertising or tracking SDKs.
Camera and microphone
Camera access provides live previews and video capture when you choose to record. Microphone access is optional and adds audio to recordings; you can decline it and record silent video. Camera combinations, quality and HDR depend on your device and the active capture configuration.
Media and settings stay on your device
Recordings, thumbnails, presets, editing recipes, derived exports and app preferences are stored in the app's local storage. The app does not upload your recordings to our servers or use them to train models. Device backups may include app data according to your backup settings. Removing the app removes its local data, so export recordings you want to keep first.
Photos, Files and sharing
The app requests Photos add access when you explicitly export a file to Photos. It does not read your Photos library. Sharing or saving to Files sends only the files you select to the destination you choose. Copies exported to Photos, Files, another app or backups are managed through those destinations and their policies.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes optional Pro subscription payments. The app checks verified Apple subscription information, including product, purchase environment, expiry and revocation, to enable Pro features. We do not receive your payment card information. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple's subscription settings. Subscription expiry does not delete your recordings or prevent individual-file playback and export.
Support and private feedback
When you choose support, private feedback or a feature request, the app prepares an email for you to review and send. Your chosen message, optional star score and email address reach the support team if you send it. A support draft may include app and operating-system versions. Recordings, capture diagnostics and receipts are not attached automatically. We use messages to respond to requests and improve the app. Email delivery and storage also depend on your email provider and our support mailbox provider.
App Store reviews
Public ratings and reviews use Apple's separate review flow. The app stores successful-recording counts, first-use date and review-request version/cooldown preferences locally to decide when to ask for a review at an idle pause. Positive or negative private feedback does not change eligibility. Apple controls whether its prompt appears and how submitted reviews are published.
Deleting your data
Delete recordings and derived exports through the app to remove those local files. Deleting a file from the app does not delete copies you have exported elsewhere. Export important files before uninstalling. For a question about an email you previously sent to support, contact us using the address below. We do not operate a cloud recording account or a cloud media-recovery service.
Companion website
The companion site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. We have not added advertising pixels, account forms or our own analytics code. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser/request metadata, to deliver and protect the site. Visiting the website does not give it access to your camera, microphone or app recordings. External App Store, Apple terms and email links are governed by the destination provider's policies.
